- Returns will be refunded via the original form of payment.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your FIRST/ORIGINAL order. (This is the date it was delivered to your address.)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached or we won't be able to refund your items.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and on carpet to avoid scuff marks
- Please allow for 3-5 days for us to process your refund once it is received by our Distribution Center. Once your refund is processed, please allow 5-10 business days for refund to reflect in your account.
- Return packages must include a return request form. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- If you choose for us to send you the shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If you choose to ship your item(s) back to our Distribution Center, please keep your proof of postage and return tracking number.
- Original shipping fee used to ship product to you cannot be refunded as that fee was already paid to shipping carrier.
- IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit.
